I really liked rewatching the cutscenes the second time around. A lot of the dialog was written to be interpreted as referring to either the protagonist or Adria/Leah/Diablo.
Also, stumbling upon the Necromancer sidequest in the desert made me really homesick for Diablo 2 when he talked about his mentor.
