I doubt they actually charged her.... but you did only ask for arrested.


In Arizona, adultery is a Class 3 misdemeanor, which carries the possibility of a $500 fine and up to 30 days in jail.

 

That isnt going by a religious law, its a state law, if 49 states didnt provide it and one state did, its that state's option to do so, you cant blame an entire religion on it.
