I doubt they actually charged her.... but you did only ask for arrested.


In Arizona, adultery is a Class 3 misdemeanor, which carries the possibility of a $500 fine and up to 30 days in jail.

 

That isnt going by a religious law, its a state law, if 49 states didnt provide it and one state did, its that state's option to do so, you cant blame an entire religion on it.

Also, so much for the first amendment.

Yeah, Runa. I'm not seeing where you can go anti-religion with this here. There's nothing to go on, and comments like that are just silly.
