2005: Mario Kart DS/Resident Evil 4.. can't decide, they're equally awesome.
2006: Wii Sports (singlehandedly reinvigorated my excitment for gaming)
2007: Modern Warfare
2008: Mario Kart Wii
2009: Minecraft (counting the alpha version since that's when I started playing)
2010: Donkey Kong Country Returns
2011: Gears of War 3
