Do you like the Mayor idea? I'm wondering how it could play into the game, I liked being a normal (actually... not normal since everyone else is obviously an Animal) Villager.

I think you'll have the choice of not being mayor after a while. Just some scripted scenes in the beggining and them it's leisure time.

But I like  the idea, it can make for some interesting decisions (like creating holidays or no-pants days)

Yeah... having more control souds quite fun.
