Where did you get Europe's average growth? It's not to say it's higher than US, I don't know this (actually US market value is up 43%). But you said Europe market is getting smaller which is not and 34% and 29% from strongly suggest it isn't true (and btw. I didn't picked up UK and Germany, those are only countries I got data for).
