The PSVita just need some GTA Stories games for the West and some remakes and sequeles of FF games, for it to sell better in Japan, as well as spin-offs of the series. Monster Hunter as someone in this thread have already said, will probably not see the PSV for quite some time, at max 2 years and at minimum not at all.
