We've had a case with a preast (Åke Green) comparing homosexuality to a cancerous tumor among some other stuff, and he had invited the media to get as much attention as possible so it wasn't exactly done in private. Few cared about it until he sent his teachings to the local newspaper, which published it. He got reported to the police and was sentenced to one month in prison by the district court, but was ultimately freed by the high court.


Well, at least there's a discussion about whether it was offending or not. And then there is the fact that he even is able to be reported because of him expressing his opinions.
