For sales, if it's an exact copy, then 30k boost on top of holiday boost, 200k FW, 1.8mil LT.

A slightly different copy- 40k boost, 250FW, 2mil LT.

Regardless of what Sony believe, not many people want a Vita to play home console games, as they can play them on a home console where they know what will happen and what to expect. The Vita version of any game needs to be unique. if it's identical it'll fail hard.

Sony have made porting to the Vita easy. So if they do decide to take a risk, they will use little resources and money to port it so the risk is very little. It would have to big a major flop for them to lose money.

If they make a different version then they will have to put more money it to it and take a bigger risk. They might see it not being worth it.
