I'm just reporting the facts. You can give your own opinion. I am an expert on dying countries, and there are many of them. They are all secular. Yes, the Islamic nations have a birthrate of about 5 per family. That is why they are immigrating. If the population was dying, like Britain, France, Italy, there would not be a surplus to immigrate. That is why you don't get immigration from these countries anymore. 

It is disturbing to some. Others are fine with it. 

I'd rather have a dying country than a country who's inhabitants feel compelled to not use birth protection. At least then the inhabitants do what they want rather than what they feel obliged to (by religious laws and customs).

And no, they are not immigrating to us westerns because their home countries are getting overpopulated (where did you get that from?), they are coming here because they want to live a more open and wealthy life.
