That makes it mediocre marketing, then. Sony's bad marketing is just pure horrid, their good marketing is just normal. They just can not keep up in the actual marketing end of sales and VG's. I'm pretty sure you know what I mean.

Wrong. Sony markets their 90+ titles well. (Uncharted, Gow of War, etc) Lately, anyway. Even Resistance 3 got some decent marketing & it was met with relatively low reviews by critics.
