There are working on a new Box but they have nothing revealed yet, and its very unlikely that they will reveal on this years E3 and this is the biggest stage for announcments like this. I am sure we wont see anything on the Gamescom and TGS is a no go for Microsoft anyway. My guess is that they will reveal it on next years E3 and release it q1 2014 or q3 2014.

why not a reveal like for the 360? they revealed the console in march (may for public) and released it in october. they could easily reveal the console on next years gdc or so to release the console end of 2013
