I can feel the explosions and the death all around me. Neutral: - Simplicity. Most people hate the lack of skill points and automatic attribute distribution. I don't like it too, but at the same time I'm finding it rather comfortable to just concentrate on the game and not spend so much time with a skill calculator. |
@ bolded - Really? I must be playing a different game because I haven't run into any lush worlds yet, and I'm in act 4.
And all the people complaining about always online, that part of the game has been known for months, so it's not like Blizzard sprung it on you after you bought the game. Most of the fun of D1 and D2 was found playing online anyway.
I've put in 30+ hrs and am loving it. And as far as latency - one time I got 330ms and just quit the game and started a new one - most all the time it stays 30-70ms and I get 80-90fps at highest settings and have NEVER had any slowdown. Awesome game - and I was a big D1 and D2 fan.
And the real money auction house - I don't blame Blizzard one bit. Why let the chinese gold farmers make all the money? The same people are going to buy their way up thru the levels whether it's through a AH or some gold farmer's website, so Blizzard may as well get a cut since there is no monthly fee to play.
