No 1st party would pick up the game, except maybe MS on the outside. It holds no real value as a system exclusive and it's already built for multiple consoles that would be a waste money as they would have to throw away a huge chunk of work and further limit the games audience, I mean it's unlikely to turn a profit on multiple consoles let alone one.

EA partners would be a good choice, they let the devs keep the IP etc and have the will to push out more games and they have the money to market it. I think it is the option that Valhalla would prefer TBH. They have put out games like Shadows of the Damned, Bulletstorm, and the upcoming Overstrike.

Square Enix seem to like picking up other studios franchises these days so they would probably be interested. They have picked up such games as Dungeon Siege 3, True Crime: HK aka Sleeping Dogs, Dead Island (for North America), All Zombies Must Die etc.

Capcom is possible, it kinda fits in with their lineup as a Japanese developed game with a strong western influence, but they may see it as unwanted competition with their own games such as Lost Planet 3.

Bethesda Softworks are flush with cash after Skyrim and are desperate to expand their publishing library. They are also already working with Shinji Mikami.
