Never overestimate Sony. In theory the Vita is capable but in reality it does 50% maximum of what the PS3 can do. Maybe it will have the same title CoD: BlackOps2 but expect it to be stripped down heavily to make it run at 20-30fps

Golden Abyss didn't look stripped down compared to Drakes Fortune, same frame-rate.

But Golden Abyss does run at a 3rd of the resolution (720x408) with no AA, lacks animation blending (a highly demanding feature which has always been a crown jewl in the Uncharted games' tech), has lower res shadows and alpha effects, lower res textures and less detailed models. And yet still dips to the low 20s in framerate.

Considering that COD already runs at 960x544 and has low res textures etc there is much less room to lower other things to maintain the framerate, especially as a COD port is likely going to get far less attention than an exclusive 1st party game. a resolution of arround 720x408 + a rock solid 30fps would be a great achivement for the Vita.

It also runs at 60fps on consoles though whilst Uncharted is half that. I doubt they'll keep to that on Vita and instead go for 30fps. I also don't think texture res will be a problem; they could lower it slightly for the smaller screen and I don't think many people would notice. I think there's plenty they can mess around with to make it work.
