Except for the fact that a Spidey movie shouldn't be gritty. It can be dark (as some Spidey stories have been) but mostly, Spider-Man is a really light and fun character. Spider-Man is one of the funniest characters in the Marvel Universe and so far, they've done a really bad job of capturing that lightness.
