Excellent choices, though I'd struggle to put Iron Man above Avengers. I won't argue too much with the decision though. Solid movie all around.

I'm glad we can both agree that First Class is the best X-Men film. That's not a knock on the first two X movies but First Class was better cast, had better acting, and was a tighter movie overall.

Oh, and Chronicle deserved to do about a billion times better than it did at the box office.

No Batman Begins? Honestly, I think that was nearly as good as The Dark Knight. In some ways, better, because it didn't tangent with multiple villains. It was simply the Liam Neeson show.

PS. No way does FF deserve a dishonorable mention while DD escapes the fray. FF was miles better than DD.

And Green Lantern was worse than both of them.

For Iron Man, I guess it's just a case of never being able to forget your "First".  It kinda lacked action but I was okay with that.  I'm probably still buzzing off of that first appearance of Nick Fury at the end.  I left off Batman Begins because I intended to just do one movie per franchise.  I got away from that pretty quickly, though.  OH!  TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT DAREDEVIL, CATWOMAN, AND ELEKTRA!!
