Pachter is not a priority for Nintendo. His rants and predictions with regards to Nintendo have rarely ever born fruit. Pachter has a terrible track record on credibility when it comes to Nintendo. I doubt Nintendo really cares what Pachter has to say. Most of Nintendo's investors are Japanese and have never heard of Pachter and those North American investors are not going to take advice from Pachter anyways!
