I don't think Rockstar would have to pay Sony back for anything related to L.A. Noire since they almost definitely bought Sony out of the project already. Could be GTA, though, since Pachter has such a hard on for it and he's been predicting a GTA for Vita lately.
And Famitsu is saying that Tales is going to be a mothership title, so bet on a brand new one for PS3.
