The Vita can run Uncharted a game that is looking 10 times better than CAll of DUty aka we still use an Engine from 10 years ago and even there it was outdated already.
My Smartphone could run every CoD Game without any problems.
This isn't Battlefield 3 that is using a Next Gen Engine and needs a good PC
Call of Duty = 576p game upscaled to higher resolutions with maps that are smaller than my bathroom.
Online Lag could become an issue cause i don't know how strong the connection is you can use on the Vita.But if we can use Mobile Connections or normal Internet and it can take 100MB/s download than there should be no problem.
