Could the Vita handle Call of Duty: BO2?

First Person Shooters engines are the heavyweights compared to non-FPS . They stress the hardware to the maximum. Uncharted is not a FPS and I heard other stories about Golden Abyss.

That's really not true in the slightest. If anything, FPS games are relatively easy to make. You don't even have to worry about the main character's animation. It all depends on how you design your game, not whether it's first or third person. Uncharted and Call of Duty are both linear games.
