If you're serious it sounds like boils or a cyst. Go to your doctor, bathe it in detol or another anti-septic wash, dry, then shove a load of anti-septic cream around the infected area.
When you go to your doc tell him it's ridiculously painful and that you find it difficult to walk or sit. Hopefully he'll give you some super strong painkillers that you can get high on 
(on top of antibiotics probably)
