2.  Of course it is. It's up against a Nintendo handheld. It will never catch up but it will pick up steam after E3.

3. Freedom of Speech. Ever heard of it?

 first guy says "shut up", second says he shouldn't say this and the third says it's freedom of speech to say someone he shouldn't use his freedom of speech.
