Former doctor here, there's an old adage in medicine which I think applies here, "never let the sun go down on un-drained pus".
(If serious)This is probably not going to go away by itself and there remains the question of what is causing the lesions, left untreated you might start to develop other (read worse) symptoms.
Please don't believe people who attempt diagnosis by using Wiki and quick Pubmed searches. My diagnosis, go to your doctor!
