Since they didn't market the game at all, I'm not really sure it deserved more sales than it got. Internet-savvy gamers have heard about the game a lot, but most people haven't, and what they see at the store is a kiddy-looking game cover which doesn't say much about the game.
Zack & Wiki potentially deserved more sales than it got, but Capcom didn't fully explore this potential.
