(I'm going to get punched hard for saying this) Are you sure that the mass market hasn't gotten a little tired of 2D Mario by now? Are you sure the 3DS version will sell 20 mill+? I mean, I'll buy it for sure, but I don't know if it'll have the same appeal as NSMBDS/Wii
