A ban on any form of marriage, no matter at what level of Government, is unconstitutional.
As for this statement? So what? Who cares if he's pro or anti gay marriage? It's not going to change a thing. This is what I hate about democracy, people will change their vote based on this statement, and, yet, it means fuck all.
Funny how he's pro gay marriage, but supports states rights on this issue.... can you think of any other issue that he thinks the states should be allowed to disagree with him?
