OT it wasnt a mistake perse, but man I felt underwhelmed by it, I lost the wow factor as soon as i picked up SSF4 for the system. That was it?? Pilotwings was better, Nintendogs was the worst and everything has been inbetween. It is a cool bullet point to have but i think thats just it, i think when most people got it in their hands they were meh about it, which is why it probably wasnt selling for 250. It funny because i was a huge advocate for the 3d feature but after actually owning the thing, it is the least impressive thing on 3DS IMHO.
I actually agree with most of Rol's points except for PS2 it just wasnt a better PS1, im pretty sure it being the cheapest DVD player on the market at the time had to do with its popularity. DVDs were pretty big when they were coming out
