Are HW sales directly proportional to SW support?

He asked if the reason that the Vita has such bad support could be that Sony is focusing on the PS3. I think no, they aren't doing anything for it, just one 1st party title that shouldn't be too hard to make because it isn't even by Sony themselves. 

There's been more than one 1st party title. O_o
