Sure. Wiii Fit is obviously targeted at health concious adults and the Mario games deal with kidnapping and drugs.

Actually, it's just a list of the best selling games of all time which is a way of showing that Nintendo doesn't need to expand into mature game development when what they do already sells so damn well.
