Yeah, it isn't as deep as Pokémon. it's actually kinda fun but ridiculously easy. I have it for PS3 and 3DS, and the 3DS version is half the game over the console versions, plus the Portal of Power is connected via the IR port. It's hell.
But, being who I am, I'm thinking of buying it for Wii and Xbox360 just to complete the whole thing. Each Skylanders is usable within all the platforms.
