It doesn't look like that at all to me. I mean, I can see what you're talking about now that you've pointed it out, but she'd have to have one incredibly hairy leg, which isn't plausible. (One AND ONLY one incredibly hairy leg, I mean come on.)
I didn't see anything that I thought was probably the "shitbrix", just unlikely possibilities like the fact that the tree or whatever in the upper right corner looks like a face, and the smiling woman looks like she has gills where the other woman looks like she's kissing her.
