The ad is real . I generated it.
If you click on it, there is no price and no preorders on Wal-Mart's page.
It is probably a placeholder. It is the high end of estimates. Last time, Nintendo sold at the high end of estimates. Something tells me it will be different this time. And @spurgeonryan, Wal-Mart will sell if lower than $350 (I hope you were being sarcastic).
