If it's based around you only having the Pokemon you own in figurine form like in Spyro, the game just wouldn't work at all; in fact it would be a complete disaster considering over 500 Pokemon exist. So I'm assuming if such a game were to exist, it wouldn't be a traditional Pokemon experience.
