Funny, I thought Japan was the world's most sexually crazed country.
Interest in sex doesn't necessarily mean lower population, as you only need to really have a female have sex once in order for her to get pregnant; and not even once with fertilization methods.
Although in terms of lowering population, this is a good thing; our world is WAY too overpopulated, and Japan is one of the worst regions for overpopulation. Although it would be beneficial if all population growth could stop as our current population is already unsustainable; as has been shown with the pollution and starvation epidemics of recent decades.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.
