As stated by others above it seems the issue of transferring games from system to system looks likely to be something nintendo is addressing. I'm pretty sure they know it would piss off potential wii u buyers so at a guess it's something they will fix before the wii u is released. Last thing they want is an uproar on their hands (screaming parents 'my brat d/loaded 50 games he can't use anymore so now he's locked himself in his room and hasn't eaten for 3 weeks! Screw you nintendo' blahblahblah
