I don't think it comes into play honestly, not like the game stores are gonna be closed that day or The Last of Us is in any way about terrorism.  And as someone pointed out since this is from Canada it's likely that it's November 9th instead of September 11.


That's not really my point. I just think  Sony wouldn't release a big game like that on 9/11, regardless of it's connection, or lack thereof, with terrorism.


but why?  it's not a national holiday or anything, all kinds of products will be bought or sold on that day I mean sure it would be simple to move it back a week just so that they don't have to deal with it but at some point 9/11 is just going to be like any other day and companies won't and shouldn't have to tiptoe around it, might as well be now.
