Dislike- Inability to launch games WW, poor online understanding (though it is improving...slowly)
Like- Library of exclusives, new IP's coming through, general quality.

Dislike- Costs, general arrogance of the company
Like- Some of their exclusives, console design
Microsoft
Dislike- Lack of exclusives, clunky design, butchering Rare
Like- Great online presence
I'm uncertain how anyone can dislike anything about the exclusives selection of Nintendo and Sony (nowadays), as they have a wide variety. Heck, Nintendo have brought back Donkey Kong, Kid Icarus, Kirby, 2D Mario etc., and are even releasing a few new IP's these days (Dillon's Rolling Western, Pullblox, Samurai etc.) and Sony have a lot of promising new IP's, like Uncharted, Gran Turismo, Ratchet and Clank as well.
