Maybe, although Metal Gear Solid: Rising was supposed to be on the Vita, but ever since Koji Pro handed it off to Platinum and it became Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, there's been no talk of a Vita version. Since this logo is for MGS: Rising, it seems likely that they were going off of old information.
