Zelda 3DS is more likely.

But Ocarina of time is still selling pretty good on the 3DS, but if they really reveal a new 3DS legend of Zelda the I will consider to buy the 3DS

A new 3DS Zelda reveal has already been hinted by Aonuma. More than once I think.
