Yep. I did it when I was younger since I must have been unhappy, unstable, and full of insecurities. That's the only reason to do something like that. Feeling good wouldn't be a factor at all.

Glad you're leading a happier life.

Can't blame the young blood for experimenting while they're in the dumps, but I would probably kill myself if I was old and using drugs.

I wasn't in the dumps, but just enjoyed the feeling of getting high.  I don't do anything at all these days.  Not  even drink alcohol.  That's for uhhappy, unstable, and insecure people too.  The only physical pleasure I take part in these days is sex and that has nothing to do with being depressed.  It just feels good when I do it.

Masturbating inbetween VGC browses doesn't technically count as sex.

I actually have a girlfriend.

My point is that when you say that someone gets buzzed because they are depressed that you are making an absurd assumption.

I never doubted for a second you had a girlfriend, unless you have a guilty conscience?

depression, instability, insecurity, peer pressure, lack of guidance, and the rare sense of adventure ... I would actually sum those up as the reason why people do drugs to begin with. If you find that offensive, I'm sorry, but that's what it boils down to.

But if sticking to depression alone helps you defend your single argument, stick to it, bro.

...and  acting gay when you really aren't is a sign of wanting attention, right?

Some people actually do drugs because it feels good and for that reason alone, believe it or not.  Nothing that you said offends me, but it isn't neccessarily correct.  It's kind of close minded though.

Anyhow, I have to go and do something.  I'll let you assume that I'm masturbating since that'll make you feel better, bro.
