Actually, no. "Black Kyurem" and "White Kyurem" are alternative forms for "Kyurem" and not new Pokémon. Just like Shaymin, Rotom, Unown and Darmanitan have different forms. There are still 649 Pokémon, with one, "Genesect", not being officialy revealed yet.

Genesect hasn't been officially revealed yet? He was revealed awhile ago!

Also, I wasn't sure if they were other forms or new types of them that would be considered seperate from the normal Kyurem. I didn't want to get in trouble because someone would get all mad at me for saying something wrong,  looks like either way it wouldn't have mattered. 

"Black Kyurem" and "White Kyurem" are just called "Kyurem" in the games:

"Black Kyurem" and "White Kyurem" wouldn't fit in the name boxes anyways, seeing as they are limited to ten characters.

Also, "Keldeo" and "Meloetta" have been revealed, but "Genesect" hasn't been revealed yet. It's data has been found in the "Pokémon Black Version" and "Pokémon White Version" games, that's why we know of it's existence, but it hasn't been officialy revealed yet.
