This is a total ban fest. This is not a big deal and shouldn't really surprise anyone. WP7 is having traction issues that they are heavily looking to repair as announced recently. I can't say much for Zune but I'm sure that has been trounced by iTunes. Xbox is probably making this figure like better than it is because of it's profitability. The drop in Xbox sales is a clear sign Kinect's hardware boom is over and as the 360 is old now a new console release is needed. If Microsoft still holds back Xbox 3, then they desperatly need to have a price cut and add incentive to keep 360 numbers up as much as possible before they can get their new console out there. Things like their expansion in South America might help since it is relatively new there and expensive they could leverage some extra sales with a little TLC.
I don't like Xbox very much, but they are doing well and still have a lot of opportunities. I wish their Xbox division was posted separately, but I understand why they wouldn't want to make separate numbers so transparent.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
