The company im with is a really small company and ive taken up quite a big responsibility in certain areas which ive done well in, but im really unhappy with the job. But i also know that me leaving will set the company back pretty badly...its like i wasted their time. Maybe I should have known that i wouldnt really be into it. |
Fuck 'em, it's your life man, they'll find someone else. What business runs without knowing the risks of hiring someone? Come on.
