The Xperia U the small one, has a pixelated screen, the P and the S has great screens, but the one on the right... nope, its OLED but smallish, kinda like PSP screen.

Vita has an OLED and it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen.


Just look at the screen and compare it to the P and S , i saw them all personally (i wanted to get the S version, its awesome)

it's just smaller quality is even on all three imo
