For those who don't know, Beamdog is mostly a digital distribution service. It has developed very few games.
The first one it did was MDK2 HD for the PC, which is available for $15 from its own service (which is why it is not on another service, like Steam, because that would be the competitor).
But when it came time for a console release, it appears that all Beamdog did was look to see what had the most sales ... and nothing else. Five minutes on a news board in 2010 would have provided enough info to know to go a different direction. All of the "problems" it talked about were known then.
Finally, the fact that a company would not release an HD remake to an HD console and the fact that its lead person seems to know no tact tells me all I want to know about it.
