For me it boils down to two things:
1. They knew the rules before they made the game, accepted them, and therefore have absolutely NO right to complain after the fact. You knew the deal, you messed things up, nobody's fault but your own.
2. I don't want any game that expects to sell below 6,000 units to be anywhere near WiiWare. I can only imagine what kind of tripe that would be.
