My biggest issue that is exclusive (I say as every store has dumb employees. It happens when you employee the people they do) to GameStop is the check-out policy in which they sell games that have been played by employees as still new. I'm sure Ben will say that a small minority check things out or whatever, but I've bought DS games that supposed to be new with save files on them. The incredible number of stupid looks I get when I ask for a sealed copy of a new game is still astounding.
