The sad thing is many western devs have collapsed in quality this gen as well. If square enix and capcom are the signs of Japanese decline then Bioware, bethesda and countless other mid size devs are the sign of western collapse. The only difference between the two is that western failures are ignored and japanese success is downplayed because gaming journalists are circle jerking retards who think mass effect and COD are innovative games.
