But seriously wtf is that guys's problem? Just because some well known Japanese games have been sucking as of late doesn't mean everything sucks. There are a lot of great innovations coming from Japan still and Nintendo are still very much untouchable in terms of software.
I will agree though that Western games have taken the forefront, but just because Western games have been doing well doesn't mean all Japanese games have been bad. Plus I'd also take a JRPG over a WRPG anyday as well. Just waiting for Atlus to get Persona 5 out to define JRPGs for this gen.
