Hmm, guess I should have looked at lifetime, as opposed to just for 2011.  After looking at that I guess I'll go with 800K-1M.

Edit: Then again, I'm sure quite a few of the Star Wars 360/Kinect Bundles were shipped out at the end of March.  Stores may think that will be in big demand, so MS still may get to their ~1.5 million.  Of course, that means next quarter's shipments will be quite small.
